Bordeaux Chateau Le Menhir 2000
This fruity red wine produced from Merlot, Cabernet Franc
and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes won a bronze medal at the
Concours de Bordeaux 2001. With hints of red fruits, it
is both rich and soft with an elegant finish. Like most
Bordeaux reds, it is an ideal wine to enjoy with all red
meats, poultry, charcuterie and strong cheeses. It is best
served at room temperature (18 to 20 degrees). It is ready
to drink now but should improve if stored on its side away
from direct light in cool conditions.

Cabernet
d' Anjou La Closerie de l'Eventoir 2001
This
medium-bodied, medium-sweet wine is clean and fruity in
character with an aroma of raspberries. As the weather gets
warmer this is a wine to serve chilled at between 8 and
10 degrees with hors-d'oeuvres, charcuterie and white meats.
It is best drunk immediately.

du Ventoux Les Hautes Bruyeres 1999
This
medal winning Rhone wine comes from the area to the east
of Gigondas. Grenache and syrah grapes give it its sparkling
cherry colour. With hints of raspberry and red and blackcurrants,
it is a fruity, elegant wine that should be drunk now to
enjoy it at its best. Served at around 18 degrees, it is
the perfect partner for red meats and grills.

Domaine Mas Blanc 1999
Faugeres
red wines are produced from the Carignan, Grenache, Mourvedre,
Syrah, Lladoner and Pelut grape varieties. Domaine Mas Blanc
is aged in traditional oak barriques bordelaises which gives
it its special character. It has a delicate bouquet yet
is full-bodied and long in the mouth. It is an ideal wine
to enjoy with red meats and game and is best served at around
18 degrees.

du Rhone Villages Rochegude 1999
Within
the strictly controlled Cotes du Rhone Villages appellation,
Rochegude is one of only 16 communes permitted to add its
specific name. Situated on the sunny slopes of the southern
part of the Rhone valley Rochegude produces high quality,
full-bodied, fruity red wines which are perfect with roast
or grilled meats as well as to enjoy on their own. Serve
at around 17 degrees.

Grenache, Ginsault and Syrah grapes are blended in a careful
combination to produce this outstanding wine. The grapes
are selected from vines that are over 40 years old. It can
be enjoyed now or kept for 3 - 5 years. It is the perfect
partner with red meats, grills and light cheese. Serve at
around 18 degrees.

well-balanced and well-rounded wine with a rich cherry colour
was awarded a gold medal at the Foire aux Vins d'Orange
2001.With hints of red fruits and subtle tannins, it can
be enjoyed throughout your meal and goes equally well with
both white and red meats. It is best served between 15 and
16 degrees and is ready to drink now.
